I've been kind of absent this week, because the weather was awesome! There was snow, but you could also skate on nature ice! So I've been doing that all week long after school haha. It was fun! I'm definitely hoping for more frost this winter, so that maybe there WILL be an 'Elfstedentocht' this year in Holland. That's a tour along eleven cities on iceskates in Friesland and it's a really big happening here in the Netherlands. Also, this weekend, I was very sad to hear the news about Whitney Houston. In my eyes, she was the greatest singer of all.

Tonight, I'm going to the movie 'The Muppets' with some friends. Actually don't know why, but it seems like funny movie haha!

ONE OF A KIND

Furthermore, the 'horror' winter in the Netherlands has finally arrived. Today it feels like it's ten degrees below zero! Luckily for me I love this kinda weather. You can skate on natural ice and there's lots of snow! Love it! I'm gonna enjoy it this weekend and on monday & tuesday, when I have some days off.

Hi there! I've been really busy these last two months. First there were the holidays, which were kinda great! I celebrated Christmas with the family and we had an awesome time. New year's eve wasn't that awesome actually, because I was sick haha. This way or another, I'm always sick in the 'Christmas'vacation, as we like to call it. Secondly, I had to study for the examweek which I had about a week ago. Lastly, my friend and I worked really hard on our magazine. You can see some of the results below! Luckily I have a weekend 'off' right now, I really needed one of those. I'm as well already planning some trips for after I finished my final exams. I'm probably going to London and Rome and I can't wait!!

I'm now gonna enjoy my weekend! Have a nice sunday you all!

Some of my current favorite clothes

I'm so sorry for not posting for longer than a week! I've been so busy with lots of things. I've got contacts now. I used to wear glasses, but I wanted contacts for a long time and now I finally have them! And they're g-r-e-a-t! Furthermore, I received my new phone: an HTC Desire S. I wasn't used to a smartphone, so I was figuring out lots of things last week. We were also busy with a new organisation in education at our school. The management team wanted to introduce a whole different organisation than we have now and five students - including me - had to discuss with the management team, some staff and some parents if we wanted to accept the whole plan. The plan even includes offering chinese classes haha! I was actually kinda positive about it, but the timetables weren't that nice, so we all decided that we didn't want it to go through. Maybe next year? I hope so!

H&M ORDER

Yesterday I placed an order at H&M. I already wanted those shoes like five months ago, but they were sold out all the time! Yesterday I took a look on the site and, finally, they were in my size! As you can see, I also ordered a sweater, a scarve and two pillows for my room. Can't wait till I receive my order! =)
